Manufacturing Engineer

Vitacore Industries is looking for a designated Professional Engineer (P.Eng) to develop, train, lead, and manage the engineering department. Working closely with the R&D team, the P.Eng will work through various R&D-focused projects, manufacturing processes, facility improvements, or other projects required by the company, all the while applying your past experience.

·       Professional Certificate in Engineering registered with the Engineers and Geoscientists BC(EGBC)

·       Professional Engineering designation (P.Eng)

·       Project management experience

·       Proficient in English with strong communication skills, specifically report writing

·       Mechanical

·       Electrical

·       Biomedical

·       Physics

·       Manufacturing

·       Mechatronics

·       Computer

·       Master of Engineering is an asset

·       Engineering Design experience

·       Programming experience

·       Manufacturing (or related mechanical experience)

·       Strong leadership and team-leading experience

·       Fabrication

·       Prototyping

·       Training and teaching Engineers in Training (EITs)

·       Solid works

·       MS Excel

·       Programming language (at least one)
